Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the missions La Yuri and El Polito, Carl Bookhart, El Pozolero, General Baro, La Plaga.
El Muro has turned on El Sueño, and the cartel kingpin wants him dead. El Muro has protected Sueño for many years, and he knows many of Sueño's secrets. Find El Muro and extract him before he slips out of the country or Sueño's people kill him.
You will receive this mission after defeating all security buchons.

He is hiding in the Unidad base, next to the control tower. When you get closer, he gets into his armored car and tries to flee.
Enter the base from this side, it will allow you to capture El Muro before he gets into the car.
It's possible to grab El Muro before he gets into his car, then use his own car to extract him.
If you are not fast enought then you have to follow him, and stop him.
The rally point is quite far away.
