Santa Blanca has moved El Chido's concert to a remote mountain peak and surrounded the singer with cartel bodyguards. The only way to disrupt the publicity tour now is to enter the venue and extract El Chido during the concert.

El Chido is at the stage located on top of the hill, and he is very well guarded.
Park a car down the road, out of sight of the enemies. You don't have to go up to the top of the hill. Let the guards know that you are in the area, e.g. snipe one of the guards at the outpost located next to the road and let the other guard raise the alarm. This will cause that El Chido will try to flee away in a car down the only road. Wait for him at the road and intercept him - shoot his car but don't kill him. Grab him and put into the car.
Drive to the Malca Bravo rally point.
Extracting El Chido from the stage in the middle of his concert has created a PR nightmare for Santa Blanca. Worse, the narcocorrido singer is giving us a wealth of embarrassing details about the cartel's leadership, which will be of value in the future.
