Small outpost on top of the hill, next to the Nidia Flores' residence.
Laptop is on the top floor of the highest building.
Flores' bank accounts are empty, and she's out for blood. At ths point she is convinced that Pulpo is behind the theft, and she wants his head on a platter. Literally.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission El Pulpo.
