Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the missions Sandoval's Remains, El Muro, Nidia Flores, El Cardenal, El Yayo.
El Sueño's made contact. He's offering to give us Special Agent Sandoval's recorded confession. This is probably a trap, but we can't afford not to check it out. Head to the RV and recover any media you find.
You will receive this mission after completing all four head bosses of Santa Blanca operations and Sandoval's Remains mission.
The Confession

The confession is located in the small comms center building. You shouldn't have any problems to get there without any shooting.
El Sueño left that recording to try and put us on the defensive. Special Agent Sandoval is dead. Whether he blew up the embassy or not has no bearing on this mission. We're here to bring El Sueño down, and we'll do whatever it takes to make that happen.
