Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the missions Submarine Fleet 1, Submarine Fleet 2, Submarine Fleet 3, Boat Ride, The Prototype.
The intel we've obtained in Caimanes has allowed us to ID El Cerebro. His current location is unknown, but we do have a solid fix on his assistant. We need to get eyes on this assistant and tail him until he leads us to El Celebro, then extract him.

Park your car hidden near the bridge to the south west of the camp, the assistant will be going this way, and use the drone to find the captain.
Get into the car and follow him.
El Cerebro is in the building located on the biggest island. You can go arround and approach this building from north side - there are holes in the fence there. There are still a lot of enemies here.
You need to use the helicopter to extract El Cerebro.
The extraction was successful, but El Cerebro outsmarted us again. The man we grabbed turned out to be a decoy. El Cerebro is in the wind, but his sub program in Caimanes has been shut down for good.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Nidia Flores.
