Mined in Villa Verde, pyrolusite is processed in labs across the province for use in cocaine production. If we can locate and destroy these labs it will cut off the flow of pyrolusite to the cartel.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Villa Verde province. You can also unlock this mission by proximity.
Destroy the lab's generator

There is a hole in the fence on the east side, next to the shipping containers.
Generator is inside the building, shoot it with a gun. For an unknown reason (could be a bug) I couldn't destroy it with a grenade.
The loss of the pyrolusite lab will have a significant impact on Santa Blanca's cocaine production.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission El Wey.
