Ramon Feliz is a popular blogger who's spent months making Santa Blanca look like heroes. Now he's turned on them, breaking a story about a cartel child trafficking ring. We need to get to Feliz and find out what he knows before Sueño has him killed.
You will receive this mission after defeating two influence buchons.

You should check the top floor of his house.
Ramon Feliz is dead. Check his body.
The thief in the car can be found on the roads to the south, in northern Flor de Oro province.
Stop his car, but don't kill him, and interrogate him.
You need to hack the laptop located inside one of the buildings.
We were too late to save Feliz, but the information on his hard drive contains all the evidence we need to prove that the cartel is behind the child trafficking ring. When this gets out it will be a severe blow to Santa Blanca's reputation.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission El Cardenal.
