Ghosts found Baro's weakness: his daughter, Erendira Buendia. He's devoted to her, but the two haven't spoken since Baro got into bed with the cartel. If we can get Erendira to reach out to him, Baro will risk anything to see her again. That will give the Ghosts the opportunity they need to extract him.

It's an ambush. As soon as you get close enough, some guards will show up, and general will try to escape in his armored truck. Get ready for instant third level of Unidad patrols.
Baro thought his alliance with the cartel would provide order in Bolivia, but it only led to greater violence and terror. Now the general wants to make things right, starting with purging corrupt Unidad officers and coming down hard on the cartel.
