At some points Marcus breaks free, and attempts to flee to his residence. Its the same house you searched during Chemical Trail mission.
Grab him and extract to the rally point.
After a battle with Jensen's security detail, the buchon has been extracted and is providing details on the cartel's production network. This is a major blow to Santa Blanca, robbing them of a brilliant chemist and crippling their training program.
