To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Pucara province.

If you have not already deactivate the jammer, then you need to do it now. The jammer is in the middle of the village.
Activate the drone and fly up.
DJ Perico wasn't at the station, but a drone scan of the station's broadcast provided valuable data that the Activity can use to trace Perico's location.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the missions El Sueño Convoy, DJ Perico.
