To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Montuyoc province.
Search the communications outpost

You have to find the laptop on top of the tower.
You can steal APC parked near the camp and clean the base with it.
The message logs didn't reveal the identity of the cartel's senior military instructor, but they did contain information that one of the program's new recruits ran off a few days ago. There are search parties out looking for the deserter now.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission The Deserter.
