Esteban Ibarra is La Santera's advisor and the cartel's chief point of contact with the cult. He regularly delivers sermons to the faithful from a sanctuary in Espiritu Santo. Go to the sanctuary, find Ibarra, and kill him.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Espiritu Santo province.
Locate the Santa Muerte sanctuary

There are many well equipped cartel members here so imo the best solution would be to snipe him through a door or window.
The death of Ibarra will disrupt communications with the cartel, and more importantly, deprive La Santera of the former professor's advice at a time when she will need it most.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission La Santera.
