The Ghosts obtained intel on a meeting between El Chido's Agent and Santa Blanca dignitaries. Additionally, they found out the location of the hotel where the assistant to El Chido's agent is spending the night. We need to locate the assistant and see if he can lead us to the meeting.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Malca province.
Locate the agent's assistant without being detected

The are no guards around. The agent can't see you, so the best way is to use the drone to locate him inside the house.
Get into the car and follow the agent.
Deploy the drone and fly it into the library. Upgraded drone battery helps a lot here, it allows you to stay outside.
Meeting takes place on the upper floor.
El Chido's agent met with cartel sicarios at the Santa Muerte Library. The concert will be a major event, and a major PR effort is being planned, starting with the distribution of leaflets and posters promoting El Chido and Santa Blanca.
