Ocoro's primary cocaine lab is located inside a former slaughterhouse. Access to the lab requires a key code only known to El Emisario's assistant. Find the assistant, obtain the key code, then enter the lab and sabotage it.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Ocoro province. You can also unlock this mission by proximity.
Gain access to the cocaine factory
