Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission Train Graveyard.
Boston Reed uses a corrupt air traffic controller at Koani airport to hide his smuggling flights from the authorities. Interrogate the ATC and find out everything he knows.
To start this mission you need to complete Train Graveyard mission, and acquire major intel in Koani province.

Drone jammer is a little to the west of the control tower.
There is a gap between the sniper tower and the mesh fence, which you can use to get into the fenced area.
Then you can sneak to the control tower along the inside of the south perimeter wall.
The ATC is on the top floor of the control tower.
The bush plane is in a hangar located on the other side of the airport. You can use one of the cars parked next to the control tower to get there.
If you are detected, the buyer will try to escape, andd you have to follow him.
Interrogating the ATC led to one od Reed's buyers at an airstrip in Media Luna. The buyer gave up important details about Reed's human trafficking ring, including a bank account number that could expose more of Reed's organization.
