Get to the camp from the north, where the side mission helicopter is. Eliminate its guards if you want to use it to extract El Pozolero few minutes later.
El Pozolero and one or two guards are inside the bigest building. There is a car standing outside, you can use it to extract El Pozolero.
We've taken El Pozolero to a secure location, where he is giving us a detailed list of his victims. The scope of his crimes is even greater then we imagined, involving people from all across Bolivia. When the news gets out, there will be an uproar.
