We have intel on a warehouse in Caimanes where El Cerebro conducts his most advanced design work. Search the warehouse for intel and recover any files or schematics that are found.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Caimanes province. You can also unlock this mission by proximity.
Investigate El Cerebro's secret project

You first target is in a hangar located in the northern part of the camp. Use the stealth swim to get there.
You need to hack the laptop which is in the bunker located in the middle of the camp.
A search of El Cerebro's warehouse revealed work on a new submarine design that had the potential to travel submerged all the way across the Atlantic. The prototype was destroyed and schematics for the sub were recovered for analysis.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission El Cerebro.
