You will receive this mission automatically after arriving at Remanzo province.

The chemist is in the basement of the church. When you are detected, the chemist will try to get into the car and start running.
You can get close to the church through a hole in the fence.
The Santa Blanca chemist has been taken to a secure location for questioning. We expect to learn a great deal from him about the cartel's most advanced smuggling techniques.
