The cartel has found a way to hide liquid cocaine inside an energy drink called Electro. Destroying the storage tanks at the energy drink factory will cause enough damage to shut the plant down indefinitely.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Remanzo province. You can also unlock this mission by proximity.

There are three storage tanks to destroy. Two of them are clustered together on the ground floor in the bigger building, third one is on the upper floor of another building.

The destruction of the storage tanks has shut down the Electro energy drink factory until replacements can be shipped in. This could take months, depriving the cartel of one of its best means for smuggling cocaine.
