Unidad keeps records of its black operations at a secure underground data center at MOB Jaguar, its headquarters in Flor de Oro. Hacking this data center and obtaining the files will expose its ties to Santa Blanca and help disrupt their operations.
You will get this mission automatically at the first visit in the Flor De Oro province.

One of the entrances to the underground tunnels (marked on ingame map) is in the main base but there is much easier way to get inside.
There is a combat outpost located north of the main base, which is guarded only by three soldiers.
You need an Unidad car to open the gate, but you can also jump over the wall.
Use the staircase to get down.
