Pac Katari's uncle, Amaru, is considered to be the heart of the rebel movement. The Kataris 26 was founded on his revolutionary ideas, so it was a big win for the cartel when they managed to capture him. Get to Amaru and extract him at all costs.
This is the first mission available after starting the game.
Locate the Santa Blanca lieutenant

Get in the car and go to the place marked on the map.
You are "the Ghosts" so try to eliminate all the enemies silently.
Grab the lieutenant and interrogate him.
Amaru is being held in a cell located in the house on the Atollo Farm, guarded by several sicarios.
Open the cell and talk to Amaru.
The fastest way would be to use the helicopter parked in front of the house.
Saving Amaru is a big win for us, and will learn us a lot of goodwill from Katari and his people. We've also learned from Amaru that Sandoval's torturers, La Yuri and El Polito, are also in Itacua. We'll be paying them a visit soon.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Rebellion Rising.
