El Sueño has given El Muro a chance to atone for his failure by killing La Plaga. But El Muro can't bring himself to murder his brother. Instead, he plans on sneaking out of the country and taking La Plaga with him. Kill La Plaga before he gets away.
You will receive this mission after defeating two security buchons.

There is a staircase in the right residence building. Go down then through a small tunnel to the underground garage.
La Plaga is in the underground garage and tries to flee using a tunnel.
Get on bike and follow him.
Get ready for some enemies at the end of the tunnel. To make things easier, you can eliminate those enemies before you enter La Plaga's house.
Find and kill La Plaga.
La Plaga tried to flee using a tunnel underneath his house, but after a lenghty pursuit we cornered and killed him. La Plaga's death will raise tensions between El Muro and El Sueño past the breaking point. A bloody feud is now inevitable.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission El Muro.
