To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Ocoro province. You can also unlock this mission by proximity.
1. Reach the boat
2. Open the gas cylinder
3. Short-circuit the fuse box
4. Escape the boat before it explodes
You have 30 seconds to leave the area.
5. Mission Complete
The loss of the boat lab will disrupt the flow of cocaine from Ocoro. This will pressure El Emisario to return to the province to deal with the problem.
