One of Ocoro's cocaine production sites is located aboard a converted fishing boat near Campo Ana. Find the boat lab and destroy it.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Ocoro province. You can also unlock this mission by proximity.

You have 30 seconds to leave the area.
The loss of the boat lab will disrupt the flow of cocaine from Ocoro. This will pressure El Emisario to return to the province to deal with the problem.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission The Hospital.
