He is in the Reliant Medical clinic. He can heal you for 400 Credits. For 10,000 Credits he can permanently remove such traits as: Alien DNA, Empath or Terra Firma.

You can find him in the Terrabrew Coffee.

When you talk to him in front of the temple he will go inside. Enter the temple and read the book "Among the Grav Jumps" and talk to him. He can permanently remove such traits as Taskmaster or Extrovert.

He is in the Apex Electronics shop. When you complete his mission he will open the adjacent room and you will be able to trade with him.

She is in the bar located at the ground floor.

You will find her at this location at the end of the mission "Defensive Measures".
