To start this mission you should talk to Markieff Sutherland, a patron of Dawn's Roost restaurant. He will prove to be very dissatisfied with the quality of the coffee served at the restaurant.

A wealthy patron of the Dawn's Roost has asked me to retrieve coffee beans he's fed to a predator. I've received the coordinates to the planet and can grav jump to the location.
The planet you have to go to is random, perhaps the place on the planet is also random. In my case it was a Deserted Relay Station on planet Cassiopeia I. Generally fly to the specified location and kill the beast you come across there. You are also likely to encounter some other opponents here.

Take Fermented Coffee Beans and Kieran Cooper's Slate from the beast's corpse.
