Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission Out On a Limb.
You will be able to start this mission some time (approx. one day) after you complete the mission "Out On a Limb". The activity "Speak with Kelton Frush" will then be listed in your mission log.

Kelton Frush will be in the same place as before. He will ask you for one more favor.
Kelton told me that getting a tree branch from Akila City will help calm the tree down. I should speak to him when I'm ready.
I need to go get the tree branch from Leah Casler.
Travel to Cheyenne System > Akila > Akila City > Coe Heritage Museum. Ask Leah Castler about a tree branch. Unfortunately, she will not be willing to help you, the excuse will be the lack of proper authorization.
I need to get the tree branch from Leah somehow. I could try to convince her to give it to me, or I could try to steal it...
This is the first of the possibilities the game suggests. Persuading her should not be a big problem. Of course, there is a chance that you might not succeed.

To open the safe in which the branch is stored you must have the second level of the skill "Security" because it is protected by an expert lock. Of course, you must also have the necessary digipicks.
If you tried to persuade Leah but were unsuccessful, she will inform you that you should talk to Earl Fulton. This man may have another branch.
Leah told me that Earl might have a branch for me. I should check in with him.
You can find Earl in his store located somewhere in the city.

I need to get into an SSNN terminal and upload the audio that Kelton synthesized.
To do this you shoudl go to Commercial District where SSNN building is located. Access the terminal you find there and select: "Broadcast Diagnostics" > "Upload Diagnostic File".
I have to run a diagnostic to make sure the upload is working.
The last step will be to run a diagnostics so select "Run Diagnostic File".
The broadcast is all set to run. I should return to the tree.
Go back to the tree and talk to Kelton one last time. He will be very pleased and will thank you for your help. This mission will come to an end and you will receive rewards for completing it: XP and Credits.
The audio broadcast helped to calm the tree down, and it looks like a potential disaster has been avoided. Kelton can finally rest easy.
