Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission Distilling Confidence.
To start this mission you need to talk to Nyssa Marcano again some time after you have completed her previous mission which was "Distilling Confidence". You will find her in the same place, which is her bar in the Viewport building in New Atlantis.
Note: I'm not sure but you may need to make some progress in the game's main plot so that your relationship with Walter is at the right level. If this is the case, it is probably about the "All That Money Can Buy" main mission.

Nyssa Marcano has asked me for more help expanding her business. I should talk to her when I'm able to help.
When you talk to her, you will find out that she is looking for an investor who will help her start a business on a larger scale.
Nyssa Marcano has asked me to talk to Walter Stroud about investing in her business expansion.
Talk to Walter and tell him that you have an investment opportunity for him. Then tell him about Nyssa's idea.
Walter Stroud has agreed to help fund Nyssa Marcano's business, but has first asked that I speak with his wife Issa.
Travel to Volii System > Volii Alpha > Neon Core > Stroud-Eklund Corporate HQ. Talk to Issa Eklund and tell her what Walter mentioned.
I need to inform Nyssa Marcano that Walter Stroud will be investing in her business.
Return to New Atlantis and relay the good news to Nyssa. It will turn out that she wants to get an additional investor so that the first one doesn't have too much influence on the business.
I've found an investor for Nyssa Marcano's business, but she is adamant that she wants one other party involved. I should use connections I've made during my travels, or offer to get involved myself.
You can offer her that you will become her business partner. You need 10,000 credits to do that.
I've agreed to invest some of my own credits into Nyssa's business venture.
Funding for Nyssa's operation has been secured. Now I just need to give her time and see what she does with it.
