To start this mission, talk to Nadia Muffaz and ask what she is currently working on and then offer your help.
Nadia Muffaz from the SSNN office in New Atlantis asked me to conduct some interviews with business owners in the Well. I need to find Nurse O'Shea at the Medbay, Theresa Mason at Kay's House, and Henrik Zuran at Apex Electronics.

When you ask her about her business she will tell you about a group of suspicious customers. Offer your help and you will receive a new mission - "Suspicious Activities".
Theresa Mason told me about a suspected robbery of the UC Surplus. Once I'm done with these interviews I should talk to her again and see if I can help out.
