This mission will start automatically when, while exploring Akila City, you approach the place where Davis Wilson and Keoni Alpin are arguing with each other.
There seems to be some sort of disagreement outside the Akila City Security office.

I heard a guard named Davis Wilson arguing with a scientist about trying to develop a way to protect the city better from Ashta. I should find out what's going on.
Wait until the dispute is over and then talk to Davis Wilson. He will explain to you why he was arguing with Keoni.
Talk to Keoni now. You will find her a few steps further towards the center of the settlement. She will introduce you to her point of view and ask you to help her deploy some sensors that will allow her to collect some data.
After arguing with Akila Security, Keoni Alpin has asked for help placing sensors to gather data about the Ashta.
Keoni Alpin has seismic sensors she wants placed along Akila City's walls to get data to see if there's a better method to protect against Ashta attacks.
All the points where you should place the sensors are located within the city, relatively close to each other.
I placed Keoni's sensors. Hopefully that'll give her the data she needs.
Return to Keoni to inform her that the task has been completed. You will find her somewhere in the city area. The easiest way to find her is by following the mission marker. She will have another request.
In order to process the data about the Ashta, Keoni needs access to a guard tower terminal. There is a guard there, I have to figure a way to get him to leave.
Go to the marked tower. To make the guard leave, you will have the following options:
You can also steal something from the shelf located in front of the guard and run away a bit. However, this will cause you to suffer the consequences of theft and arrest, such as having all your stolen items confiscated.
The guard has been distracted, and Keoni Alpin should have access to her Ashta seismic data now. I should talk with her.
Again, talk to Keoni. She will be waiting for you at the foot of the guard tower. This will end this mission, you will receive 100 XP and the next mission will begin.
Keoni Alpin placed seismic sensors strategically in the city and she has set up a computer to monitor them. In time we may know more about the Ashta.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission False Positives.
