The Ancient Civilization of Egypt
You can buy it from Ahnjong Sinclair which has a store in Akila City. When you buy this book a new activity will be added to your mission log - "Visit the Cairo Landmark on Earth", which will allow you to travel to the Cairo Landmark located on Earth and find the Cairo Snow Globe there.
By collecting Skill Magazines, you can get permanent character bonuses.
Freestar Captain's Log 03
You can find it on a round table standing inside the Akila City Consulate in Akila City.
Bonus: Permanently adds a 1% chance to disarm enemies with unarmed or melee strikes.
Gunslinger's Guide 01
It's in The Rock inAkila City, on a small table just outside Marshal Blake's Office (top floor). You pass this way during the main mission "Deputized".
Bonus: Permanently reload and draw Laredo weapons 5% faster.
Gunslinger's Guide 02
You can find in on the table standing in the Sinclair's Books building located in Akila City.
Bonus: Permanently reload and draw Laredo weapons an additional 5% faster.
Solomon's Adventure 01
It's on a bedside table in the bedroom of the Coe Estate located in Akila City. You visit this location during the main mission "The Empty Nest".
Bonus: Permanently increases weapon damage at night by 5%.
Va'ruun Scripture 03
You can find it in a small, dilapidated building located in The Stretch neighborhood in Akila City.
Bonus: Permanently increases sneak bonus by an additional 1%, and melee sneak attack damage by an additional 5%.
Mostly they will be NPCs, sometimes some kind of terminal, etc. from whom you can get new missions.

He will be changing his position during the game, but during a certain period of time you will find him in his office located on the upper floor.
