When I spoke with Nurse O'Shea about her business, she told me there have been a lot of sick children in her clinic lately. I should return to the Medbay and ask what I can do to help.

When I spoke to Nurse O'Shea while interviewing her for Nadia Muffaz' story, she mentioned there have been a lot of sick children at her clinic lately. I'd like to see if there's anything I can do to help.
When you are ready to help her then talk to her again and you will find out what she needs.
Nurse O'Shea asked me to speak with Dr. Alexi Lebedev at Reliant Medical about getting some research notes to help the sick children at her clinic.
Head to the Reliant Medical building which is located on the border of the MAST and Residential districts of New Atlantis, and talk to Dr. Alexei Lebedev. The doctor will without hesitation decide to help you and hand you his notes.
I have the research notes from Dr. Lebedev. I should return them to Talia O'Shea at the Medbay in the Well.
To complete this short mission, return to Medbay with the notes and hand them over to Nurse O'Shea. You will receive 50 XP and 2500 Credits.
I gave the notes to Nurse O'Shea. She should be able to diagnose the children more easily now.
