To start this mission you should speak with Andy Singh whom you will find in the underground district of New Atlantis, which is The Well. He runs the House of the Enlightened.
Andy Singh has asked me to pick up a man named Tahir Vala, who has recently recovered from a serious illness. He's asked that I pick up a meal at Kay's for him, and then escort him to Sub 17.

Find Tahir Vala and talk to him and tell him that you came to help him. Tahir will follow you.
Andy Singh has asked me to pick up a man named Tahir Vala, who has recently recovered from a serious illness. I picked him up at the MedBay and can now escort him to Sub 17.
First, go to Kay's House and talk to Kay Mason. Get a meal for Tahir from her - you will receive a Miso Soup.
Go to the marked place located within The Well area.
When you and Tahir get there he will thank you for your help. You can give him the soup which will provoke Tahir to make additional comments, or keep it for yourself. This will conclude this mission and you will receive 150 XP.
