You will find Cottontail and Dot in Ryker's home, in a locked room on the second floor of the property.
We encountered a cat and a dog - Cottontail and Dot - in Ryker's home. They are arguing about which one of them their master loves more.
Warning: Currently, talking to pets does not add the quest entry to your journal, but you will still receive the experience and the reward at the end.

Find Dot's Collar in the cellar.
We found Dot's dog collar. Perhaps it can be used to convince him that his master prefers Cottontail.
