Where to find your first Phase Capacitor required to unlock the entrance to the Council Academy?

Each of the four automatons guarding Eternal Stormblade drops one Phase Capacitor. You will find them in Murky Cave. Here is the entrance To Murky Cave. The Sallow Man also has one Phase Capacitor.
