It's hidden / buried. There are Chaucer and body of Deer Hunter inside. In the body you will find nice bow - Antler Bow.
Damaged Oil PumpYou can repair it and use to create oil barrels. Correct order is: Yellow, Blue, Green.

It's very simple. Activate the pump then drag and drop nearby empty barrel.
