Starting Map: Reaper's Coast

To start this quest you should talk to Grebb and agree to eat one of the fishes - yellow, red or brown.

We met a dwarven scholar named Grebb, working in the Driftwood Fishworks. He wants to learn more about the Void-tainted fish that have been caught along the coast. Helping him might be worth our time.

Quest stages of Grebb the Scholar

1. Yellow

Eat yellow fish. You will learn a new recipe - Potent Alertness Herbmix.

Grebb gave one of us a Void-tainted fish called Yellow Ridgeback to consume. It made us horribly ill, but Grebb informed us that we can combine the species with Alertness herbmixes in order to increase their potency.

2. Red

Eat red fish. You will learn a new recipe - Potent Ferocity Herbmix.

Grebb gave one of us a Void-tainted fish called Crimson Bream to consume. It made us horribly ill, but Grebb told us that we can combine the species with Ferocity herbmixes in order to increase their potency.

3. Brown

Eat brown fish. You will learn a new recipe - Potent Enlightenment Herbmix.

Grebb gave one of us a Void-tainted fish called Umber Monkfish to consume. It made us horribly ill, but Grebb did mention that we can combine the species with Intelligence herbmixes in order to increase their potency.

4. Quest Reward

You will get the reward no matter which fish you eat.

Grebb does not need any help with his studies of the Void-tainted fish at present.
