In Doom: The Dark Ages, Collectible Toys, also referred as "Dolls," are hidden items scattered throughout the game's levels, typically found in Secret Areas or in hard-to-reach spots. These toys are small, detailed models of characters, enemies, or objects from the game, serving as collectibles that reward exploration.
There are 24 Toys in total, and finding them all will unlock the "Toy Collector" Achievement / Trophy.
ImpVillage of Khalim Collectible. You can find it in the Secret Area (Village of Khalim #2). You need the Blue Key (Village of Khalim) to get here.
SoldierVillage of Khalim Collectible. You can find it in the Secret Area (Village of Khalim #4).
Imp StalkerHebeth Collectible. You can find it in the Secret Area (Hebeth #2). You can get here through a ventilation shaft, the entrance to which is located on the upper level.
Hell KnightSentinel Barracks Collectible. In the Secret Area (Sentinel Barracks #1).
SerratThe Holy City of Aratum Collectible. In the Secret Area (The Holy City of Aratum #8).

Pinky RiderSiege - Part 2 Collectible.
WitchAbyssal Forest Collectible. The toy is inside a cage. To access it, you must use the shield to destroy the seal located in the same room. This will reveal the mechanism. When you strike the mechanism with the shield, the cage will lift, allowing you to take the toy.
