Location: Toyotama
This tale will start when you approach the cemetery at the end of the cape located to the south-east of the Koshimizu Farmstead. You'll find the body of a monk and some Mongols there.
I found some discarded items and blood where someone was robbed off the path in Kushi. I hope to find whoever is hurt before it's too late.
First get rid of the Mongols and then examine the monk's corpse and the red flowers lying nearby. You will come to the conclusion that the monk wanted to hide something from the Mongols and gave his life for it.
I found a monk who was slain while trying to hide something from the Mongols. I should find it, and fulfill the monk's ill-fated undertaking.
Go to the cemetery. There you'll find traces of blood...
...that will lead you to a place where you'll find red flowers like the ones that were lying next to the monk's body.
Check out these flowers and you will find a statue - Tsushima Relic, that the monk hid among them. You'll decide that you should return the statue to the temple.
Return to the temple area and find the praying monk near the Fox Den north of the temple. Then you will learn from him that the man whose corpse you found and considered a monk was not a monk, but a thief who stole the statue and the monk's clothes. That will end this tale.
