Hot Springs
After the first use of each of the hot springs, your maximum health will increase by a minor amount. There are 18 Hot Springs spread across Tsushima Island, 9 of which are in Izuhara.
Shinto Shrines
There are 16 Shinto Shrines in total, 7 of which are in Izuhara. Shinto shrines contain charms and wax wood. Shinto shrines are places where you have to find your way to the peak where the shrine is located. This will require jumping, climbing and in a few cases it will be necessary to use a grappling hook that you can get by doing "The Iron Hook" quest.
Temples
Mongol Artifacts
There are 50 Mongol Artifacts in total, 17 of which are in Izuhara. They can be found in Mongol forts, encampments, and dwellings across the island.
Records
There are 40 Records in total, 16 of which are in Izuhara. You can't miss any of the records. If you've already destroyed the enemy outpost, you can still find them there, only in another place.
Singing Crickets
There are 20 Singing Crickets cages spread across Tsushima Island, 10 of which are in Izuhara. Finding singing crickets unlocks new flute songs which let you change the weather at any time.
Sashimono Banners
There are 80 Sashimono Banners in total, 28 of which are in Izuhara - 14 of them you will get by liberating Mongolian outposts: Logging Base (x3), Logging Camp (x4), Ogawa Dojo (x3), and Shipyard (4x). The remaining 14 can be found by exploring Izuhara.
Fox Dens
After you find a fox den, follow the fox. It'll take you to an Inari shrine. Honor the shrine to complete the fox den. Praying at Inari shrines opens up more charm slots. There are 49 Fox Dens / Inari Shrines in total, 22 of which are in Izuhara.
Bamboo Strikes
To complete the bamboo strikes, you need to cut through all the bamboo by quickly pressing the displayed buttons. Bamboo Strikes increase your Resolve. There are 16 bamboo strikes in total, 7 of which are in Izuhara.

Hidden Altars
Hidden Altars are different types of places, where you have to bow. When you do it correctly you should notice some environmental effect nearby, e.g. fish jumping out of the water, swarm of butterflies, bird will come, etc. You need to find 10 such places to get the "Honor the Unseen" trophy.
Lighthouses
There are 8 Lighthouses spread across Tsushima Island, 3 of which are in Izuhara. Once all the lighthouses are lit, you will unlock the "Light the Way" trophy.
Pillars of Honor
There are 23 Pillars of Honor in total, 7 of which are in Izuhara. Collect sword kits from these pillars to customize the appearance of your blades.
Haiku
There are 19 Haiku in total, 8 of which are in Izuhara. Each haiku rewards a new headband.
