Ghost of Tsushima Points of Interest

This Points of Interest list for Ghost of Tsushima offers a concise overview of all map markers placed on interactive maps designed specifically for the game. It acts as a central hub, enabling players to navigate the game world efficiently and effectively.

Animal Sanctuaries

In Ghost of Tsushima, Animal Sanctuaries are a specific type of side activity introduced in the Iki Island expansion. They serve as a way to earn powerful combat charms. When you find a sanctuary, you must calm the animals - Cats, Deer, or Monkeys - by playing a flute mini-game. In some cases, you will need to release them if they are inside a cage, or defeat enemies that are guarding the area. Once calmed, the animals become friendly, allowing you to pet them whenever you return to that location.

Archery Challenges

In Ghost of Tsushima, Archery Challenges are time-trial minigames found throughout Iki Island that test your speed and precision with a bow. When you encounter one of these challenges, you must interact with a bow rack to begin a trial where the goal is to shoot a series of target lanterns as quickly as possible.

Bamboo Strikes

Bamboo Strikes are optional mini-games found throughout the world of Ghost of Tsushima that challenge your speed and memory. Each strike features a small wooden stand with bamboo stalks, and interacting with it triggers a rhythm-based sequence where you must press a specific series of controller buttons in rapid succession. Successfully slicing through all the bamboo in one clean motion provides a permanent upgrade to Jin's Resolve.
