After the first use of each of the hot springs, your maximum health will increase by a minor amount. There are 18 Hot Springs spread across Tsushima Island, 9 of which are in Izuhara.

There are 16 Shinto Shrines in total, 7 of which are in Izuhara. Shinto shrines contain charms and wax wood. Shinto shrines are places where you have to find your way to the peak where the shrine is located. This will require jumping, climbing and in a few cases it will be necessary to use a grappling hook that you can get by doing "The Iron Hook" quest.

Arrow Peak Shrine Rewards: Utility Charm (Charm of Inari - "Increases supplies, predator hides, bamboo, and yew wood gained from collecting."), +1 Wax Wood.

Golden Summit Shrine Rewards: Defense Charm (Charm of Amaterasu - "Killing enemies restores a Moderate amount of health."), +1 Wax Wood.

Mending Rock Shrine Defense Charm (Charm of Okuninushi - "Slowly recover health while out of combat."), +1 Wax Wood.

Plum Blossom Shrine Melee Charm (Charm of Kagu-Tsuchi - "Deal bonus damage while at 50% health or less."), +1 Wax Wood.

Spring Falls Shrine Defense Charm (Charm of Mizu-No-Kami - "Parries, Perfect Parries, and Perfect Dodges are easier to perform."), +1 Wax Wood.

Stone Dragon Charm Requires a grappling hook. Melee Charm (Charm of Susanoo - "Staggered enemies have a 30% chance to be knocked down."), + 1 Wax Wood.

Winding Mountain Shrine Requires a grappling hook. Rewards: Ranged Charm (Charm of Izanagi - Landing a headshot has a 40% chance to return an arrow."), +1 Wax Wood.

There are 20 Singing Crickets cages spread across Tsushima Island, 10 of which are in Izuhara. Finding singing crickets unlocks new flute songs which let you change the weather at any time.

There are 80 Sashimono Banners in total, 28 of which are in Izuhara - 14 of them you will get by liberating Mongolian outposts: Logging Base (x3), Logging Camp (x4), Ogawa Dojo (x3), and Shipyard (4x). The remaining 14 can be found by exploring Izuhara.

After you find a fox den, follow the fox. It'll take you to an Inari shrine. Honor the shrine to complete the fox den. Praying at Inari shrines opens up more charm slots. There are 49 Fox Dens / Inari Shrines in total, 22 of which are in Izuhara.

Where to find the Traveler's Attire and why wear it?

To get the Traveler's Attire, all you have to do is to speak to any of the merchants you'll encounter after you enter the open world. You can find them in the Survivor Camps. The merchant will give you the Traveler's Attire at no cost.

Having the Traveler's Attire equipped will makes tracking down artifacts much easier. You can go into the map menu and choose to set the guiding wind to lead you towards artifacts (you need the first guiding wind upgrade). Having the Traveler's Attire equipped will also cause your controller to vibrate when you are near an artifact. It will also help you in general exploration by clearing more of the fog of war as you explore the map further.

How to Fast Travel in Ghost of Tsushima?

To unlock fast travel all you need to do is simply discover a location on the map. Once a location has been discovered, you'll be able to fast travel to it.

How to get the Grappling Hook in Ghost of Tsushima?

You can get the grappling hook in Ghost of Tsushima by following the main story tales. You will get it when you complete "The Iron Hook" tale.
