Quest Group: Side Missions
This side mission will be made available after you find the "In the Midst of Battle" voice log during the "Blindness" main mission. To start this mission speak to the spirit of a man looking for a basement.
Akito and KK hear a rumor from a spirit about a hidden basement level in a nearby building. The basement is said to serve as a gateway to the underworld and is connected to a string of disappearances. They decide to investigate.

The entrance to the basement is located in the building located to the northeast of where you are.
Enter this building through the entrance on the south side.
Soon after entering the building, you should notice a strange-looking wall on the left.
Walk up to it and use spectral vision, and this will reveal a yokai. Absorb it and you'll get Magatama, and you'll also reveal a door through which you can descend to the basement.
Go down the stairs to the basement and find the room with the slot machines. You will find it by heading to the right. You can also talk to the spirits you come across in the basement but it is not necessary.
When you approach the slot machines then one of them will be marked. Approach it and interact with it.
Start looking for the woman in red. You should come across her in the central part of the basement. It will be the Crimson Kuchisake. Defeat her and then you will automatically leave the basement.
You will end up next to the place where the entrance to the basement was located. You will receive rewards and this mission will end.
