This side mission will be made available after the cleansing of the Matsumi Shrine. To start this mission talk to the spirit of the man who needs to use restroom.
A spirit tells Akito and KK about some otherworldly wailing coming from inside a restroom stall. They decide to look into the matter.

The toilet is located a few steps away. Enter the restroom designated for men.
And check the cabin located there. The person in the cabin will ask you to bring him a toilet paper.
You will find one roll of toilet paper literally two steps away, on the shelf next to the urinals.
Take it and hand it to the person in the cabin. Unfortunately, after a short while you will see that one roll is not enough.
Go to the women's section of the restroom. You should find another roll of toilet paper in the middle cabin.
Return to the cabin in the men's section of the restroom and hand the second roll to the man in need. This will be enough and after a while the spirit will leave the cabin.
Return to the spirit from whom you received this mission and talk to him. This mission will end and you will receive rewards for completing it.
The wailing turns out to be coming from an unfortunate spirit in desperate need of toilet paper. After furnishing the poor soul with two entire rolls, he is finally able to pass on in comfort.
