Quest Group: Side Missions
This side mission will be made available after you find the "In the Midst of Battle" voice log during the "Blindness" main mission. To start it, talk to the spirit of the man standing next to the subway entrance.
Akito and KK meet a spirit who tells them about his friend who went missing while riding the subway. They head down to the subway platform to look into the disappearance.

You can get to the subway station through the entrance next to you, which will be unlocked.
After entering the subway, you must reach the lower platform where the train tracks are located.
A few visitors will pop up on the platform. Get rid of them and in this way you will become the only passenger waiting for the train and after a while a mysterious train will arrive at the station.
When the door to the train opens then step inside. After a while the train will depart from the station.
When the train reaches the strange station, find the open door and step out onto the platform.
It is not necessary, but being at the station you can examine the contents of the two phones you will find here - "Send Apple" and "Email to Wife".
Your main target is a tree a little farther away surrounded by corruption. Move towards it.
Approach the tree, get rid of the Lamentation and use spectral vision to locate the source of the corruption. Shoot it.
Talk to the spirits that will appear after the corruption is removed and prepare for the next fight that will follow as soon as you finish talking.
A few visitors will pop up nearby. Kill them all.
Move towards the train and be prepared that as soon as you enter the platform another fight will commence.
You opponent will be Crimson Kuchisake.
When you defeat the opponent then you will automatically return to the Shibuya subway station and this mission will end.
After boarding an empty subway car, Akito and KK are taken to an otherworldly train station. They manage to dispatch the source of the phenomenon, freeing the spirits trapped within—including the missing friend.
