Quest Group: Side Missions
This side mission will be unlocked after completing the main mission "The Caves of Steel". To start it, talk to the spirit of the patient you find near the hospital entrance.
A spirit tells Akito and KK that there are monsters lurking inside the local hospital. They decide to investigate the situation.

When you start this mission then you will be able to visit the hospital again. Enter it through the main entrance, get rid of the visitors you come across in the main hall and through the hallway on the left go to the elevator which you can take directly to the fourth floor.
Walk down the hallway until you reach room 403. Open the door and step inside.
Talk to the spirit of the girl who is in this room and you will find out what her problem is.
Take the opportunity to take the relic - Paper Crane lying on the table.
Step out onto the corridor and continue ahead until you reach a staircase that you can use to get to the lower floor. However, before you get there you will have to kill three visitors on the way.
Also on the third floor you will have to fight a few visitors. Go through the kitchen and dining room and after a while you will reach the nurses' room.
Enter the nurses' room and read the documents - "Kenta Owada - Fatal Accident Report", that you will find there.
Taking the opportunity that you are here, take another relic that is in this room - "Shisa Statues".
Open the sealed door located at the end of the corridor.
Move forward. After a while you will be transferred to another dimension. Go straight ahead and then turn right.
You need to find the spirit that is in one of the rooms and talk to him.
Leave the room where the spirit is. When you take literally several steps Akito will automatically turn around and you will see that the monster you are looking for has appeared in the room where the spirit is. It is Kuchisake, kill her. When the opponent is dead then you will return to the standard dimension and emerge near the sealed door.
To complete this mission talk to the ghosts that are in front of you.
This mission will end and you will receive rewards for completing it. To leave the hospital you can use the elevator which is located right next to you.
Akito and KK find a malevolent spirit in the hospital and manage to purge it.
