Quest Group: Side Missions
Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission The Dreaming Jewel.
This mission will become available when you complete "The Dreaming Jewel" side mission. To start it once again talk to the owner of the secondhand shop.
The owner of the secondhand shop is still unable to pass on, because he also sold a pair of masks which must never be separated... separately. Akito and KK head off in search of the masks' new owners.

The search area will be marked on the map. It is located to the southwest of where you are.
There you will find the spirit of a man who will give you some information about the masks and point out where you should go.
Move north to reach the new area that has been marked on your map. There you will meet another spirit with whom you can talk. It will tell you where you can find the mask.
The mask is in a storage shed located a dozen steps away.
When you try to get close to this storage shed then three visitors will pop up and you will first have to get rid of them.
When you get rid of them just open the shed and interact with the mask lying on the shelf. It will turn out that the mask is cursed.
You have a limited amount of time to complete this part of the mission - only 4 minutes so as soon as you regain control of your character start moving south towards the area marked on the map - this is the area around the Hitani Shrine.

Along the way you will be attacked by various visitors, you don't have to fight them all. It's best to run forward, skipping them all. Don't even stop to talk to the owner of the male mask who is standing in front of the shrine.

Your target is the mask that is located inside the shrine on the left. All you have to do is interact with it. When you do this all the visitors who tried to kill you will disappear.

The last thing you need to do in this mission is to talk to the shop owner again. He will be waiting for you by the shrine so you don't have to walk far.
Once you do that, this mission will end and you will receive rewards for completing it.
After Akito and KK reunite the pair of masks, the shop owner can finally rest in peace.
