When you approach the Altar to Rhalic, Scawl of the Black Ring will appear. Stand on Magister's side and kill Black Ring members. After the figth talk to Magisters.

Quest stages of An Unlikely Patron

1. Start Saved Magisters

We learned that Alexandar sought shelter at the Elven Temple, in the northern part of the island.

2. Start

Talk to Bishop Alexandar (lvl 16) and offer him your help.

Alexandar has bid us to kill the Sallow Man - the leader of the Black Ring forces on the island. He believes that only then will it be possible to gain access to the Council of Seven.

2.1. Cowl

Alexandar will give you Cowl of True Sight (Helmet), it grants Dispel Illusion skill.

Alexandar has given us a cowl that should give us the ability to dispel the Sallow Man's Illusions. Now we must find where he is hiding...

3. Sallow Man Dead

Kill The Sallow Man.

The Sallow Man is no more.

Alexandar told us what he knows about how to enter the Council of Seven: the pillar to each god outside the entrance to the Council Academy must be aligned to either the sun or the moon. The sun for Rhalic, Vrogir and Zorl-Stissa, and the moon for the remaining four. There is then a lever that we will need to power using great deal of Source. Alexandar then rallied his remaining troops and marched out. Perhaps we will cross paths again.

4. Alexandar Dead

Alexandar is dead. We can no longer help him.

5. Close Left TNI

We have departed from the Nameless Isle, without helping Alexandar.
