This quest will be added to your log after leaving the Reaper's Coast and reaching The Nameless Isle.
We have reached the Nameless Isle. The Council of Seven can be found there somewhere, and within it, the Well of Ascension. That's where we need to go.
Reach the first waypoint - The Beach. There are a lot of corpses around.
Magisters and Paladins lie dead upon the beach - why were they here, and what could have done this to them...?
Find and read the Magister's Diary.
We have learned that in order to gain access to the Council, we must ascend the mountain and complete some sort of ritual. The means of doing this must be hidden on the island somewhere.
Talk to Delorus or kill Scawl of the Black Ring and talk to saved Magisters.
We learned that the Magisters and Paladins on the island are loyalists to Alexandar. They came here to help him ascend as the next Divine. However, the Black Ring stand in their way.
Approach the Shriekers.
We discovered that Shriekers have been deployed on the Nameless Isle - there must be Magisters nearby.
Talk to Bishop Alexandar (lvl 16) and offer him your help. To be able to talk to him, you need to persuade or kill Gareth. Alexandar will give you Cowl of True Sight (Helmet). It grants Dispell Illusion and you can use it to uncover the hidden passage.
Alexandar has offered to help us enter the Council, if we kill the leader of the Black Ring forces on the island, the Sallow Man.
Kill Bishop Alexandar then talk to his spirit. you need to convince him to help you.
We spoke with the spirit of Alexandar. He told me that we should scour the island for the magic that will activate the lever that controls the entrance the Academy.
Pray before the Altar to Rhalic.
We learned that Rhalic is aligned with the Sun.
Pray before Altar to Tir-Cendelius.
We learned that Tir-Cendelius is aligned with the Moon.
We learned that Duna is aligned with the Moon.
We learned that Vrogir is aligned with the Sun.
We learned that Xantezza is aligned with the Moon.
Pray before the Altar to Amadia. (require one source point).
We learned that Amadia is aligned with the Moon.
Pray before the Altar to Zorl-Stissa.
We learned that Zorl-Stissa is aligned with the Sun.
Find and read Reclaiming the Council of Seven.
We have learned that in order to open the doors, we must first power the lever that controls them. A device known as a Phase Capacitor should allow us to do this.
Setup pillars then place Phase Capacitor onto Eternal Conductor and use the lever. The entrance barrier will disappear.
Talk to all members of your team and try to gain their support.
