The best way to start this quest is to visit Arx Schoolhouse, talk to Beryl Griff and offer her help in reclaiming the schoolhouse from the squatters.

Enter the Arx Schoolhouse and talk to one of the Drudanae Addicts inside.
We discovered that a schoolhouse in Arx has become a squat for thieves, addicts and outcasts.
Talk to Sister Schori.
We met an excommunicated priest, Sister Schori, at the schoolhouse. She has grown particularly fond of drudanae.
You can convince Sister Schori to leave the schoolhouse ...

If you got rid of Sister Schori without bloodshed then you can go back to Beryl Griff and tell her about it and then choose the reward.

Beryl will give you some information about Kemm's bedchamber - part of The Vault of Linder Kemm quest.
Beryl Griff told us that Kemm always keeps his bedchamber locked. She believes that he's concealed all sorts of trapdoors and ladders from his wife.
You will receive a reward if you got rid of the Sister Schori in a peaceful way.
If you killed Sister Schori. Go back to Beryl Griff and tell her about that. No rewards.
We told Beryl that I killed Sister Schori. This angered her.
Killing Beryl is not, of course, recommended :P She has Schoolhouse Key and Craftsman's Tome.
