To start this qust you should talk to Charlie. It's Lord Arhu's dog.
We met Lord Arhu's dog, Charlie. She wants her ball back - it was thrown out a window from Arhu's private quarters.

Charlie said that the smelly man was a friend of Arhu's. She added that he used to smell old, but now he smells of rot.
Charlie won't answer any more questions until she gets her ball back.
Find Dog's Ball.
We found Charlie's ball.
We returned Charlie's ball.
From Charlie, we learned that Arhu went away with 'the smelly man'.
Charlie said that the smelly man seemed to be concealing the smell of rot with the scent of flowers. She also noted that his smell reminded her of her friend, Louie.
